To response to the needs of women and bring into play the achievements gained in the two previous projects funded by SAIL/ Royal Netherlands Government in the period of 1997-2000 and 2001 - 2004, VWU-WI/NUFFIC Project has been designed by the Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU) and approved by the Netherlands organization for international  cooperation in higher education (Nuffic) for funding with the amount of EUR 1,800,000 in the framework of cooperation between the Governments of Vietnam and the Netherlands.
